1. Associate Membership
For Professionals Exploring ACCPA Certification
Associate Membership is intended for individuals who have a professional interest in the ACCPA Certification but have not yet enrolled in the program.
This category allows prospective candidates to stay informed about ACCPA activities and professional development opportunities while considering certification.
Please note:
- Associate Members are not officially certified by ACCPA.
- Associate Members may not claim the ACCPA designation.
- Associate Members are not included in the official ACCPA Certified Member database.
- Associate Members are restricted from certain activities, including eligibility for the ACCPA Award.
Associate Membership is the ideal starting point for professionals preparing to take the next step toward certification.
2. Candidate Membership
For Registered Examination Candidates
Candidate Membership applies to individuals who have officially registered for the ACCPA Examination but have not yet passed the final exam.
Candidate Members are actively progressing through the certification process and preparing to complete the program requirements.
Important:
- Candidate Members may not claim the ACCPA designation until they successfully pass the final ACCPA Examination.
- Certification status is only granted upon successful completion of the exam.
Candidate Membership reflects a commitment to professional advancement and progression toward full certification.
3. Certified Membership
For Officially ACCPA-Certified Professionals
Certified Membership is reserved exclusively for individuals who have successfully passed the ACCPA Examination and received their official certificate.
To become a Certified Member, you must:
- Complete the ACCPA Certification program
- Achieve a passing mark on the final examination
- Receive your official ACCPA Certificate
Only Certified Members are authorized to:
- Claim and use the ACCPA designation
- Be listed in the official ACCPA Certified Member database
- Participate fully in membership activities
- Be eligible for recognition such as the ACCPA Award
