By accessing or using the ACCPA website, registering for membership, or enrolling in any of our certification programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02

Membership & Registration

Membership in ACCPA is open to professionals working in or aspiring to work in anti-money laundering (AML) compliance across Africa. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ACCPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, non-payment of dues, or conduct detrimental to the organization.

03

Certification & Examination

ACCPA certification programs are subject to specific eligibility requirements, examination policies, and continuing education obligations. Candidates must meet all prerequisites before sitting for examinations.

Examination results are final and subject to ACCPA's grading policies. Any form of academic dishonesty, including but not limited to cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized sharing of examination materials, will result in disqualification and potential disciplinary action.

Certification designations remain the intellectual property of ACCPA. Use of ACCPA credentials is subject to ongoing compliance with membership and continuing education requirements.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ACCPA content without prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for educational purposes related to your certification studies.

05

Code of Conduct

Members and certified professionals are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity. This includes compliance with applicable laws and regulations, honest representation of qualifications, and respectful engagement with fellow professionals.

ACCPA may investigate complaints of misconduct and take disciplinary action, including suspension or revocation of membership and certification, as deemed appropriate.

06

Fees & Payments

Membership dues, examination fees, and other charges are as published on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All payments are due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

Refund policies vary by program and are detailed in the specific program terms. Generally, examination fees are non-refundable once the examination window has been scheduled. Membership dues may be prorated in certain circumstances.
